A Beautiful Cavallo Point Wedding with Golden Gate Bridge Views

Peach and blue florals, soft robin's egg blue linens, and an unforgettable San Francisco backdrop made this celebration one to remember.

There are some wedding settings that need very little introduction, and Cavallo Point is certainly one of them. With its incredible views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the beauty of the San Francisco Bay surrounding it, it's a setting that feels special from the moment you arrive.

This wedding was especially beautiful, bringing together a lovely palette of peach, soft blue, and greenery with a celebration that felt personal, relaxed, and full of thoughtful details.

A Ceremony with an Iconic Backdrop

The outdoor ceremony took place with the Golden Gate Bridge as the backdrop, creating a setting that was both romantic and unmistakably San Francisco.

It's hard to imagine a more beautiful place to exchange vows. The surrounding landscape provided so much natural beauty, allowing the ceremony design to complement the view rather than compete with it.

The couple's portraits with the bridge in the background were particularly lovely. It's one of those settings that makes a wedding feel connected to the place where it happens, giving the photographs a sense of time and place that will always feel special.

A Celebration That Felt Like Them

One of the things I love most about wedding flowers and design is that no two celebrations should feel exactly alike. The details should reflect the people at the centre of the day, and this wedding was a beautiful example of that.

The two brides each brought their own personal style to the celebration. One wore a classic white wedding dress, while the other chose a tuxedo. I loved how their individual looks came together so naturally, creating a celebration that felt entirely their own.

It's always a reminder that the most meaningful weddings aren't about following a particular formula. They're about creating a day that feels authentic to the couple and the life they're celebrating together.

Peach, Blue, and a Little Greenery

For the floral design, I worked with a palette of peach and soft blue, with touches of greenery to bring everything together.

I love this combination because it feels romantic without being overly traditional. The peach adds warmth, the blue brings a fresh softness, and the greenery gives the arrangements a natural quality that works beautifully with the surrounding landscape.

The reception continued the palette with robin's egg blue linens, creating a lovely foundation for the flowers and bringing a subtle pop of colour into the indoor space.

The overall effect was fresh, elegant, and beautifully connected to the setting.

An Indoor Reception with Thoughtful Details

After the outdoor ceremony, guests moved inside for the reception, where the soft blue palette continued.

I always enjoy seeing how a colour story can carry through different spaces without feeling repetitive. The florals, linens, and surrounding details all played a part in creating a cohesive atmosphere while allowing each part of the celebration to have its own personality.

And then there were the martinis — served with two olives, a little detail that felt perfectly suited to the occasion. Sometimes it's the smallest touches that make a celebration memorable, and I love when couples incorporate details that bring a little fun and personality to the experience.

A Wedding to Remember at Cavallo Point

Between the Golden Gate Bridge views, the beautiful peach and blue florals, and the thoughtful details throughout the day, this wedding was such a lovely celebration to be part of.

Cavallo Point offers an extraordinary setting for couples who want their wedding to feel connected to the beauty of the Bay Area, while still creating an experience that is entirely personal.

For me, the most beautiful weddings are always the ones where the flowers, the setting, and the details come together to tell a story about the people being celebrated.

And this one did exactly that.
